We were recently in Detroit to look at a 1940’s vintage warehouse as a client there wants to put a cultivation facility there. So for this build, we realized we’d have to “build a box within a box” meaning that in addition to overhauling and renovating the building shell and roof, we’d then build the cultivation facility within the renovated core/shell. This could be a mighty undertaking so we’ve asked our friends at Chicago-based Reed Construction (www.reedcorp.com) for some precon advise and concept pricing.
