Canna Real Estate Group has recently partnered with our commercial real estate owners’ rep broker friends in Northern New Jersey. We’ve collaborated with them to identify a “green zone” compliant development property there and this beauty checks all the boxes. We’re in working discussions with both the municipality as well as our civil engineering group familiar with the site and local development guidelines.
